Quote Requests and Contact Preferences

When you submit a quote request and select phone, email, or both, you are asking Fortress Screens to contact you using the selected method about your inquiry and directly related sales, scheduling, project, installation, or service follow-up.

Submitting a quote request does not enroll you in marketing email or text-message campaigns. We do not treat a quote submission as consent to receive automated marketing calls or marketing text messages.

We do not use Contact or Dealer submissions to create customer leads in the Fortress Screens customer-management system. Quote requests may be transferred to that system so the sales team can respond.

Website Form Storage and Retention

Valid Quote, Contact, and Dealer submissions may be stored in the Fortress Screens WordPress database before related email or customer-management notifications are sent. This helps prevent a valid request from being lost if another delivery system is temporarily unavailable. Access to these records is restricted to authorized website administrators.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, prepare and service quotes, maintain accurate business and customer history, support sales, installations, warranties, and service, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
