What We Protect

Fortress Screens can be mounted on any building type, including single-family homes, multi-family properties, and commercial buildings. Our screens protect:

• Windows and doors
• Slider door openings
• Patios and balconies
• Lanais and Florida rooms
• Skylights
• Pool cages (with engineered thicker aluminum and specific designs)

Important Exception

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Acts of God, including fire, flood, lightning, and earthquakes
• Settlement of the building
• Accidental or intentional damage
• Malfunctions or failures caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Use of unauthorized parts and accessories
• Mishandling or mistreatment
• Unreasonable use, including failure to provide reasonable maintenance
• Failure of the underlying structure

How to File a Warranty Claim

To obtain warranty service, provide written notice of the defect to Fortress Screens LLC on or before the fifth anniversary of the date of installation. Fortress Screens will remedy the defect within 7 days of receiving written notice, by repair or replacement at our option.
